There is a lot of overlap with what Mark Levin has said on several Fox NeWS interviews...the latest one I heard was on the Hannity show tonight.

Maybe he and McCarthy have been sharing notes.

and Judge Napoliano (sp?) had some interesting thins to say on the Lou Dobbs show tonight.

As I heard it,...the President can order surveillance for Intel purposes without getting a warrant from the FISA Court....if he feels ..had some urgency

The president can snoop without a warrant for foreign intelligence information. FISA was created to fool the people into believing there was some sort of check on this power.
