Exec privilege doesn’t apply to criminal activity either.
A point here. Miz Lynch signed off on all FISA applications. It ‘s not proven that she signed off on an application to tap Mr. Trump, as there is no proof that the FISA ever approved such an application.
I am not defending Ms. Lynch. Far from it. She was an embarrassment, and quite possibly a crook. It’s just that this matter is so important that we must have all our facts proved before we make accusations, so the oppo cannot parse in “Clintoneese” later.
This is blatant targeting of a political opponent during a presidential campaign. We have the senate, the house, and the white house. Why aren’t these people in front of congress right now explaining themselves? Better why haven’t they been frog walked on live TV?

Contrary to earlier reporting in the New York Times, which cited FBI sources as saying that the agency did not believe that the private server in Donald Trumps Trump Tower which was connected to a Russian bank had any nefarious purpose, the FBIs counter-intelligence arm, sources say, re-drew an earlier FISA court request around possible financial and banking offenses related to the server.
The first request, which, sources say, named Trump, was denied back in June, but the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server, possibly related to the Trump campaign, and its alleged links to two banks; SVB Bank and Russias Alfa Bank.
While the Times story speaks of metadata, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.

From about 9:40 to 10:30 in the above video....
Member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Sen. Tom Cotton confirms that the communications between Flynn and Russian ambassador were wiretapped, admits he knows which agency was in charge of the tap and who ordered it.
Cotton also revealed that the DOJ has been leaking classified information received from the FBI to former Obama Administration employees and that they know which former Obama administration employees leaked said info to the press.
Who was the head of the DOJ again?
RE: I read the article. I dont see where she signed off on a FISA warrant.
All I see is ABC reported that all applications were signed off by Lynch.

According to the law, Application for FISA Warrants have to be authorized by the Attorney General. If she signed off on the applications, the question is FOR WHAT REASON?

This reminds me of the verse Who can make war with the beast? Maybe the whole world will soon marvel at the deep state/dems as it comes out just how deep is the corruption. How they will get us to worship them afterwards I have not one clue lol.
The question is, who were they wiretapping?.
The first story is one of many, often contradicting each other.
The truth lies in the second story, Cotton confirmed Flynn was tapped as he spoke with Russian ambassador. That conversation came from a tap on the Russian embassy. If the point of intercept was outside the embassy, a FISA warrant necessary to place such tap would have named the Sovs, because that was the target. Anyone, and everyone who called in to the Embassy would have been caught too, but the warrant would never have named any of them, including Trump, Flynn, etc.
Had the point of intercept been inside the Embassy, no warrant of any kind would be required, because remember, inside the embassy, you are legally in Russia, and the CIA would need no warrant to emplace a tap o bug inside the embassy, where it intercepted Flynns call to the ambasador.
Do these 1000+ applications per year ever time out or does the reach of government surveillance just keep growing?
Well yet again Pres. Trump is proven right. Looks like Lynch has some explaining to do.
We *all* know the criminality of D.C.
Wake me up when someone goes to JAIL, *then* I’ll be surprised.
"According to ABC......
all applications to the FISA Court were signed off on by the Attorney General and therefore.........
There is something about disbelieving abc news for everything else it says yet suddenly taking this statement as gospel. Not to mention...we're taking Jim Hoft's word that this assertion *IS* according to abc news.
So... You don't like FNC.
