There is no legal basis for executive privilege when one conspires to break Federal Law.
I’m guessing that BOTH requests to the FISA court were rejected and Obama proceeded to tap anyway. This is suggested by the fact that information was leaked from the taps going back months before the second request was made in Oct 2016. Several months before.
So they had the Trump entourage tapped after the initial FISA request was DENIED and before the second was even submitted.
And they most certainly didn’t get authorization from a regular Federal Court.
This PROVES Trump’s contention that Obama ordered the taps.
It could be nobody else on the planet.
