Trump wants elements of the ACA, like not rejecting people based on pre-existing conditions.

I’m not sure it can be repealed as a whole, not the way Spicer has been explaining it at the press briefings.

I’d prefer not to let Trump have that one. He’s a big hearted man and loves the idea of taking care of people, but it’s unconstitutional for the feds to make such mandates. It’s not with the federal government’s purview. We are not a socialist country or a dictatorship. We must abide by the rule of law.

Repeal every word of Obamacare and remove any and all federal roadblocks to free market solutions.

“In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.”

Rings as true today as it was when Ronald Reagan stated it over 30 years ago and it will be true tomorrow.

Set my people free.

Trump should stay true to the constitution and to Reagan’s great legacy in this regard and let people live free as God intended.

Submit a complete repeal of Obamacare.

Submit a full bore market based replacement system.

If the dems filibuster it, just walk away from the whole thing and let Obamacare die of its own evil nature.

Once the current system completely collapses, they’ll come around and cooperate with us to put in place a system that is fair to everyone, not just to the people who demand free stuff..
