This fake birth certificate's been around for years. As others have noticed, the dates are written US style (Month Day Year), and the British Empire most likely used Day Month Year.
Mombassa may be "on the other side of the country" but it's also where a trusted FReeper that I've met on several occasions has said back in 2009 that that is where a young man he suspects was Barack Obama was born.
He also told me something that I never forgot, for it caused me to do some other things later in an effort to be nice to him. Well, that's what the article was asking. While it's been obfuscated to death, WND offered some info from their own investigations:

Shuhubia also testified in his affidavit that Sarah Obama “never changed her reply” that she was present in person when Senator Obama was born in Kenya.
He further testified that he traveled to Mombasa, Kenya, where he interviewed personnel at Coast Provincial Hospital
“I then had meetings with the Provincial Civil Registrar,” he swore. “I learned there were records of Ann Dunham giving birth to Barack Hussein Obama, III, in Mombasa, Kenya, on Aug. 4, 1961.
“I spoke directly with an Official, the Principal Registrar, who openly confirmed the birthing records of Senator Barack H. Obama Jr. and his mother were present, however the file on Barack H. WND found enough on this to not believe the leftist narrative going on. Of course, the left did their best to Alinsky WND. I'm not sure about this particular birth certificate, but I never trusted the leftist's narrative and still don't.
From learning just how corrupt our CIA is, it wouldn't surprise me this has been a huge Alinsky-style operation to keep the Deep Swamp in power.
