That is incorrect - if Obama had been born in Kenya, he would NOT be a US citizen (unless he naturalized at some time).

According to the law in place, at the time Obama was born, in order for a single US citizen parent, to pass US citizenship, to a foreign birth, the US citizen parent must have lived in the US for 5 years after the age of 14. Obama's mother was only 18 years old at the time of his birth, she would not have been old enough to pass on US citizenship, in the case of a foreign birth. Therefore, IF Obama had been born outside the US, he's most likely NOT a US citizen.
