Here in Washington state our cheapest appears to be Sam’s Club at 2.43.
But we have the second highest tax in the country right behind Pennsylvania.
I can’t believe Pennsylvania has the highest state tax on bad even more than NY. Also surprised NJ tax is so low. Did Chris Christie have anything to do with that?
