Cops say the dispute was over the 71-year-old woman telling the other woman to the effect that she should "teach her (child) to wait for others to get off before you getting on the elevator."

NYPD describes the woman to be about 28 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with dark complexion, braids. She was last seen wearing a green jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers, black hoodie, glasses and a tan bag.

The other stories down the page on the link seem to be more of the same. NYC sounds like a wonderful place...to avoid.
After years of riding the subway and coming in contact with all kinds in the Big Apple, I’ve learned it’s best to just never say anything unless you are in imminent danger.
Pretty sure that my wife already knew that, and would have taken the advice okay if told.
She HATED it though when other people would try to tell her/us other things about raising our kids. Mostly when they were babies. Like my mother: “Oh - just let him cry. You know he’s just crying because then he knows you’ll feed him or change him or hold him.”
My wife FELT like attacking my mom sometimes, but never did. Instead I got to hear it. “He’s two months old!! That’s the only way he knows how to communicate that something is wrong - by crying! I’m not going to let him cry for an hour so I can dust or whatever it is your mom thinks I should be doing!”
Well that “parent” showed the 71 year old woman didn’t she?
NYC ain’t worth saving at all. What a sick society that cesspool has become!

Yep she was dissed. In ghetto culture the worst thing you can do is disrespect someone. This girl wasn’t going to let some white xxxxxx tell her what to do.. No sir......she be disrespecting her, so the ghetto response was a violent one.
I worked in NYC back in the early 1990s, B.G. (Before Giuliani). It was a dump of human refuse.
Rudy Giuliana brought the city back from the dead. Bloomberg and de Blasio have made it unlivable again. They have done more damage to NYC than the 9/11 hijackers could have ever dreamed of doing.

The fact that they are actually telling this, is amazing by itself. If they DON'T tell us these things, it's a dead giveaway. The fact that they tell us, is almost unprecedented.

I get a kick out of the ad that has been running for a little while about the mother and her FIRST kid...she virtually won’t let people in the room with her kid without ‘sanitizing’ themselves etc
BUT
On the 3rd or 4th kind she is shown handing her new born to a ‘greasy (dirt grease)’ mechanic as she is fumbling in her purse for money....
Sort of art imitating life....
