What do you think THEY think they can do about it under the 1st Amendment? I am just curious as to why they waste their time?
What do you think THEY think they can do about it under the 1st Amendment?
They think they can diminish the websites effects by warning away people who are only mildly interested.
They also are telling their base to stay away from these sites.
Probably will not have much effect, but that is their purpose, I believe.
