I have said in the past. The Judicial Branch has become the furthest from it's intentions by The Founders.
We truly live in a black robed dictatorship.
How do we fix this? Not this judge necessarily, but the idea that a Judge can "rule" and it's settled law.
I know everyone will say replace them, but what is keep his successor from doing similar things?

This is their last resort when the voters remove their leftist power in the other branches of government. The libs find some isolated leftist judge whose word now supersedes everyone else in the country. The Supreme Court ruled our way on Heller and now lower courts simply overrule them. We have reached a point of no return with leftist judges. They need to be isolated and ignored.
