FBI Deputy Director Did Not Include Wife’s Ties to Clinton Ally in Financial Disclosure Forms
Washington Free Beacon ^ | 3/15/17 | Nick Bolger

Andrew McCabe, the deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations who aided the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server, did not report his wife Jill's salary or campaign donations in financial disclosure forms. McCabe's forms were filed with the Office of Government Ethics, and were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act, according to Fox News.

The Washington Free Beacon reported on Nov. 7, 2016 that Hillary Clinton bundlers and Clinton ally Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe were major donors to Jill McCabe's Virginia state senate campaign.

The donations from Clinton bundlers and McAuliffe's political action committee totaled nearly $600,000; however, none of these donations appeared on the 2015 "Executive Branch Personnel Financial Disclosure Report" filed by McCabe.

According to an FBI spokesman the financial disclosure forms were marked as "in compliance with applicable laws and regulations" when they were filed in July after McCabe was granted a 44-day filing extension.

While there is a box on the forms for spousal income, the Office of Government Ethics does not require that executive branch personnel fill it out. Political donations to a spouse's campaign are also not required to be disclosed. OGE justifies their decision citing a lower level of transparency for spouses.

The man responsible for filing the FOIA and sharing the findings with Fox News is retired FBI agent Jeff Daniq.

"If it's not required, then why is there a spot on the form for spouse's income?" he said to Fox News.

McCabe knows that Trump and everyone knows of his crime.

He is now a tool. A cheap tool, but a tool nonetheless.

If McCabe had a wee bit of integrity, he would quit and move into a forest somewhere.

But he doesn't have that wee bit of integrity...

True, but lacking that, he has a boss, a man named Jeff Sessions. The AG need to ask him to recuse himself from all investigations related to the Clintons, including Clinton Foundation, Hillary’s server, Huma’s server, and others. If not, AG Sessions should re-assign him so those investigations can go forward, led by an independent trusted professional rather than by McCabe who is beholden to the Clintons at best, and is dirty as worst (more likely).

McCabe has been intentionally slow-walking all these cases. The FBI and NYPD can investigate all they want, but if the US Attorney will not make the case, it will not matter.

Recuse, McCabe. Or reassign him, AG Sessions.

Retired FBI agent Jeff Daniq. Thinking like a professional but playing amongst a field of crooks and political hacks.

At least he scored a goal with this FOIA request.

McCabe has got to go!

Doesn’t this seem kind of worse than what Flynn did in talking to the Russians? I’m waiting to see if the MSM makes as big a deal of it... but I’m not holding my breath ;)

This is actually a small part of a much larger story that is the biggest story of today but it’s getting too little exposure.

This deputy director is being outed as the power responsible for much of the espionage on the President and is said to be the one who ordered the surveillance of the President, and whose circle of embeds put out diversions in the news media to throw off the investigation catching up to him.

There is some real nasty stuff with this person including covering for the Muslim Brotherhood and the spies in the House who fled to Pakistan. And there’s much more.

McCabe is a clear and present danger to the president, meanwhile Sessions seems paralyzed, in a McConnell kind of way. How long does it take to hit the ground running?
