The only way to argue that it’s constitutional is to pretend it’s a tax. Even the Obama Administration admitted it wasn’t a tax, no matter what Roberts twisted the words to claim. The whole thing needs to be tossed out as unconstitutional, or tossed out as a harmful law, or just tossed out with an entire government that no longer listens to the people (except for the NSA, which is always listening!).

Arguing minutia like this is part of the problem.

The Federal Government has absolutely no Constitutional role when it comes to medicine or "Health Care." No dollars can be spent on "Health Care."

It doesn't matter whether people think Government "Health Care" is a good idea or not until and unless there would be some Constitutional Amendment that gives Congress the power to Legislate regarding "Health Care."
