Prison doesn’t have to be the worst thing that can happen to a federal official.

Sounds like A veiled warning to Comey about the consequences of HIS own actions!

“”””Gowdy then reminded Comey that the Obama officials who leaked the classified information face up to ten years in prison.””””
Such tough talk from a guy who has never successfully done anything to anyone.
To: davikkm
Lots of talking, no arresting.

Gowdy was brilliant, it's the prosecutor in him. I think he began weaving a web of entanglement and sent a couple of distinct messages to the leakers that he is coming after them.
Maybe the pressure will bring one of them out of the dark and start him singing to stay out of the slammer.

The indictments will probably be even more exciting for us spectators.

“I dont understand why Comey hasnt been replaced.”
I don't understand why Comey has not been indicted for perjury and overall corruption over the past several years.
To: davikkm
I don’t understand how Comey isn’t so embarrassed of himself at this point, that he still can somehow manage to keep a straight face while performing his little act.
To: davikkm
Me neither. He’s been derelict in his duty.

He’ll never be replaced after his testimony this morning. Now he’s on record saying that he’s investigating Russia’s interference in Trump’s election. If the President moves to remove him now the rats and the media, but I repeat myself, will all scream cover-up.

They should start by arresting the reporters involved. Their crime is obvious and has their byline.

I've never seen a FBI director so politically at the center of so much.
I believe both sides take different turns hating him or extolling him.
He is so screwed. How can any of his subordinates take this guy seriously - what a snake

I dont understand how Comey isnt so embarrassed of himself at this point, that he still can somehow manage to keep a straight face while performing his little act. Only honorable people have a sense of shame. A lack of honor is the hallmark of a Washington bureaucrat.
