Exactly - why is it that huge unreadable Bills are the norm and can be expected to pass and do none of what they are titled or what the voters want.

Conversly a Bill like this that I can understand. ACA is hereby terminated is laughable, naive and will never happen. Its so transparent what is going on. They make a labyrinth trap us in it. Convince enough of us they got a way out if we follow their way. Then just sit in a dark corner telling us how twisted it all is
