Sessions only recused himself from Russia-related investigations. Nunes has said that this has NOTHING to do with Russia.
The entire administration, IMHO, is waiting on the Gorsuch appointment to the Supreme Court before bombing Comey/Rogers, and even for enforcing federal law in sanctuary cities, and for many other outstanding actions.
Sessions is in a bind. Trump is in a bind. We are either playing footsie with these Leftists, or stuck on freeze.
