Why wait until December 31?>>> my guess is that he wants to allow the inscos abilty to renew the individual members for the next year so they are covered until 2019

They can’t b blamed for throwing citizens out with no healthcare. They woud be put on the clock. 8 months to fix it properly. But Obamacare would be DEAD.

“OCare” policy holders need to have some options spelled out.
Yes I am one who is paying full price right now and would love for it to be repealed if I could buy a catastrophic policy as an early retiree - right now they don’t exist.
