Coal will lose out to natural gas but at least it will be back in business. I don’t think Obama cared either way on coal or the pipeline.Being black his interests are different than the enviro whacks but he still needed their support even with one foot out the door.
Now he needs to do something to bring back their market.
Just scrap the clean power plan.
Still winning and loving it! perhaps there will be new technology that will help advance uses of coal but at least they’ve got some hope! that makes me happy.

Coal has many uses other than as a bio fuel. Paints, medicine, etc.
