NORTH Korean dictator Kim Jong-un has ordered the murder of a British businessman in retaliation for his role in the defection of one of his top diplomats.

The chilling command, contained in a coded radio broadcast on Radio Pyongyang, marks the first time the police state has targeted non-Korean nationals.
Dictator Kim Jong-un is thought to have personally given the order to assassinate the Briton and an American, delivered in the seven minute 40 second broadcast 10 days ago.
The message began with the phrase "I will review math assignments" and was addressed to all those in the "21st exploration team”. It went on to list a series of oblique page numbers from an undisclosed book – “page 924 number 49, page 14 number 76, page 418 number 37”.
