Read between the lines. You can see the media was NOT HAPPY to be reporting this “exclusive”. The headline could have been simply “BANNON CLEARED”, but instead a torturous route of explaining of the FALSE charges of voter fraud was pursued...without anyone ever admitting the charges were false.
The Russians messed with his registration! The Russians!
Stop the presses! Maybe some dude named Yuri Anatoli Vladimir Bukarovyendanovich or something like that voted in his name!

Last sentence in the article.
“Prosecutors said, according to records from Miami-Dade Elections, Bannon never voted in Miami-Dade County.”
So after the DA tries to destroy him for fraudulent registration, it seems a rather this stew for the DA to try and push as Bannon never even voted.
And yet, nobody knows 0bama’s real SSN.
Or why it was a Connecticut SSN.
Or what his true origin really is.
