I don’t know. The article says march 2017.
The houses look OK, but his neighborhood, Marquette Park, has bad crime, and is located next to the worst South Chicago neighborhoods of Englewood and Auburn Gresham.
But if they call out the National Guard, then Rahm Emmanuel and his boys would have to admit there’s a major problem in their city. Liberals can’t bring themselves to admit that gang violence and inner city violence in general are problems which would call for a major response such as national guard.

The Yahoo story is dated March 29 so I guess it’s news. It could be that the video is now being made public. I don’t know but it is news to me.
The video called the creatures on the bikes “men.” They’re not men. I am not sure what kind of creature they are.
