Kids that age aren’t concerned about their looks.

It’s their parents that are obsessing over the hair.

My kids had very little hair when born, but it was of no consequence. We did buy a bonnet for my daughter that helped.

I agree they are not supposed to walk in them. They do look silly though. What I hate is seeing a baby with pierced ears. Not sure if Wal-Mart still does but after hearing a baby scream during a ear piercing made me want to slap the crap out of the mother.
