Yes, it could.

It’s been my take for some time we should just shoot them down, or do something like this if we had the capability.

Maybe it’s time to let Russia see some of our capabilities, to tighten it’s leash.

It's hard to shoot them down when they only get 30 feet off the launch pad before blowing up.
