EXCERPT---The thing to bear in mind is that the White House does not do investigations. Not criminal investigations, not intelligence investigations. Remember that.

Why is that so important in the context of explosive revelations that Susan Rice, President Obama’s national-security adviser, confidant, and chief dissembler, called for the “unmasking” of Trump campaign and transition officials whose identities and communications were captured in the collection of U.S. intelligence on foreign targets?

Because we’ve been told for weeks that any unmasking of people in Trump’s circle that may have occurred had two innocent explanations: (1) the FBI’s investigation of Russian meddling in the election and (2) the need to know, for purposes of understanding the communications of foreign intelligence targets, the identities of Americans incidentally intercepted or mentioned.

The unmasking, Obama apologists insist, had nothing to do with targeting Trump or his people. That won’t wash.

Rice's interest was most assuredly not in national security but to advance the political interests of the Democratic party (and Hillary Clinton).......and, not incidentally, Obama. And she used the surveillance and intelligence power of the US govt to do it.

Looks like Democrats and the MSM are standing firm...still mired in a Hillary-induced delirium.

But some progress has been made (/s). Democrats have gone from: "Trump is insane for suggesting Obama admin spied on him," [to] "Susan Rice was just doing her job."

Just doing her job. Phew, I'm so relieved. So Democrats are OK w/ Obama/Susan's surveilling/unmasking b/c it's "all legal."

Okay, then Pres Trump needs to do his job. He needs to announce ASAP, that since this is “all legal,” his administration will step up and do the legal thing to protect Americans' safety and security.

They'll be surveilling and unmasking any and all Democrats, on a continuing non-stop basis, particularly Democrats who have talked with foreign ambassadors, foreign financial groups, tropical offshore entities, and the like.

Plus, the Trump administration will ask for the “unmasking” of all those Democrats who are involved in such talks... because it is "legal."

AND Trump will use "Obama’s very on legal rules" to distribute that information to every US intelligence agency. (HAT TIP BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP)
