Yes, I know. She, John McCain, Graham, and Rubio have been urging a confrontational anti-Syria / Russia stance for a year or more.
Finally, Assad may have done something that turned Trump in their direction.
I’m not sold that Assad did this, but things don’t look very good for him. Israel is sure he did it. Trump says he has been using it for months.
I’m not sure we’re being fed all the facts here yet.

The Syrian civil war has resulted in the death of well over 100K civilians, mostly through shellings/bombings. Why is a few kids getting killed by poison gas so much worse than tens of thousands (on all sides) being blown to bits?
You could have saved AMERICAN LIVES if you had called for strikes against Benghazi, b*tch! Go do you yoga and STFU.
By whom though? The neoconservatives hated Trump and they hate many of his cabinet picks (they opposed Tillerson for doing business with Russia, they opposed Mattis for supporting a two-state solution in Israel, and they especially hate Steve Bannon for his nationalism).

Now they owe Trump. He gets his tax cuts and healthcare reform, maybe even stimulus.

This surprise attack I believe left them no time to move civilians into the target zone to run up a body count. Though, who knows what kind of file photos they might pull out to feed the press.
I believe there was reason/cause no 'help' was called for in Benghazi... given it appears to have been a weapons depot... Who knows who ended up with Libya's stock pile of weapons... Hillry's weapon dealing business got hijacked.. To call in help, might have lit up Benghazi by the sea, for the whole world to see.
Perhaps, some of their weapons ended up in Syria, and Hillry and Lord McCain know that ...

Rightly or wrongly, Gas attacks are seen as a WMD strike.
We might use bombing for effect from our aircraft, but if we initiated a Gas attack that took fewer lives, it would still be seen as crossing the line, and condemned much more stridently.
I’m hearing it Assad’s aircraft may have hit rebel stores. Unfortunately Trump stated this evening that Assad has been using Gas over the last few months, a number of times.
I doubt he was hitting enemy stores each time.
I’m not faulting anyone for their views on this. Some folks are very against it. My initial reaction leaned in that direction. Some folks think Trump must have had a reason, and Netanyahu seemed to think Assad was a bad player here.
I don’t have an iron-clad opinion at this time. I do want all sides to be aired, and we’ll see how this settles out over the next few days.

Not so odd really, Hillary had been agitating for “regime change” in Syria for years, ironically, now her wish may come true. Sad to say that the inept John Kerry was actually an improvement over her as Secretary of State, unlike Hillary, he wasn’t deluded enough to create of repeat of Libya.
You’ve missed the entire point of this action on Syria air bases.....has nothing to do with Hillary or McCain....
