The Neo-Cons, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and ISIS give the attack a Thumbs-Up.

I hope Marco is watching Venezuela. They really came out yesterday some wearing helmets and gas masks attacking the armored vehicles of the regime during massive protests.

That’s regime change he and I agree on.....

The followers of putin, assad and the north Korean dictator will give a thumbs down. Bad news for tyrants and their sycophants.

That’ll teach the “moderates”!!!

No, wait....

It seems this morning many FReepers are coming to their senses.

Last night I was brutalized left and right for calling this mess what it was.

Come on Trump, get back on TRACK man!!

Tweet him and tell him to do what he promised!

It’ only 75 or so days. He’s done a LOT of good.

Time to let him know he needs to steer the wheel straight again.

I agree. Just a bit quick on the trigger. Can Trump say, without fear of contradiction, that Assad was behind this? Was this an actual chemical weapons/missile attack? Or was it a false flag operation? Trump had better have irrefutable proof of the former.

While the never trumpers sit on the sidelines wishing they were relevant again while they spew fallacies.

Your narrative reads like something written by Pelosi & Co.

Bad news for America if proof surfaces that it was a false flag operation perpetrated by ISIS or one of the other "moderate muslim" terrorist groups fighting to take control of Syria.

Or someone looking to make President Trump look bad.

Do you trust putin and assad’s assertions on this? I don’t.

I can’t judge it yet. Depends on if it was a knee-jerk reaction to the chemical attack or part of a bigger strategy including diplomacy as well as military, aimed at lots of countries (North Korea, Iran, China, Russia, the UN, NATO,...) It also sends a message to our generals and diplomats and congress.

Trump usually has a good plan for what comes next, whether it’s a 3AM tweet, or campaign staff change, or any number of other things. My guess is that he was aware of the message that would be received by everyone, foreign and domestic, and he has good next steps in many areas. If not, or if this becomes a regular occurrence, I’ll have problems with it. If it’s a one-time or rare message that stops various actors (syria, norks, iran) from threats/actions, it may have been brilliant.

And he went with his national security advisors instead of opening up a thread on FR and answering all your questions and asking your advice.

30 guys with 140+ IQs put this flawless action together, executed and explained it, and all the 105 IQers here still can’t figure it out.

I’m amazed at how many people I won’t be pinging anymore after this.

I’m not giving up on Trump. But this was simply stupid. He had bad advice.
And even if Assad DID gas those people, it still is not our business. We should be cooperating to destroy ISIS. Or getting out completely.

(Dons Tinfoil hat) Maybe Israel had something to do with the gas attack? They want Assad to go under. They certainly don’t want the US and the Sov, er, Russians cooperating with each other and Assad.
(Takes off tinfoil hat) And I’m mostly an Israeli supporter!

"Why, oh, why did Trump do this?"

Maybe he is trying to show Kim JuNK that he isn't the only wild man leader?

I'm trying to stay positive on this and it's not so easy, that is about the best positive spin I could imagine. It works pretty good for that purpose (and leaves little doubt for anybody else that is wondering).
