True enough. But had Bush II acted with the same firmness as FDR did, there would have been no jihadists left in Gitmo for the lawyers to argue over.
And...There is plenty of that being waged against conservatives. The entire process is to bankrupt people ( or the threat of bankruptcy) into submission to the Marxist worldview religion.
