“Associate Judge Raymond Myles, 66, and a 52-year-old woman were found outside the home in the 9400 block of South Forest Avenue around 4:50 a.m”

Early riser or a very late night. Hmmmm

Story says they went to they went to work out early every morning. Had a routine other people knew about.

It also says that he was assaulted a bit back over a traffic incident when he tried to take down the other drivers license plate. It required facial reconstruction surgery and they finally arrested the perpetrator 10 months later. Also, he was pushing at block meetings to install security cameras due to the uptick in neighborhood crimes.

Probably a legitimate early riser. Many people up that early to start their days by working out. If he slithered (the way I feel when I get up that early) out of bed at 4:30 a.m., he’d have an hour or two to work out and get breakfast before getting to work.
