I hope the family of the dead student sues UTA and the homosexual student into oblivion. Then every faculty member involved in causing the student’s death should be immediately fired and NEVER hired again by any organization. Make them pay a huge price and recognize they have blood on their hands. Once again we see that homosexuality kills.
The dead student’s crime was he was a straight white male, a capital offenses in modern American universities.
The existing policies are already so biased against the accused (no right to legal representation, no right to cross-examine, consolidation of investigative and judicial functions in one group that is biased against the accused on ideological basis) that it is being challenged in many court cases by Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.
And here you have someone punishing a student without even the figleaf cover of “we had an investigation and hearing”? Yep, sue them.
