Withhold all foreign aid from Mexico and Central American countries.
Build the wall.
The “real and present danger” of border invasion by rapists, murderers, and terrorists justifies stationing military personnel along the border and conducting training exercises there. Maybe Trump should get the additional military funding before sending them, but they need to be there.

The federal government is busy doing many things that it has no Constitutional authority to do, and yet does not do the things it is required to do by the Constitution.
How about using funds from asset forfeiture of drug cartels - and every illegal deported.
Send them back home with their pockets inside out, and auction off their property. Pay a 10% bounty.
But fear of shut downs is dumber. They only shut down non-essential components of the government. Anything non-essential in our government should be eliminated entirely and permanently. They may be dumb, but sometimes “stupid” actually works ;)

It’s about time somebody got some sense in Congress. The very Idea that we can just End the War on Drugs by building a wall is Crazy. The war on drugs is a $50 Billion Dollar a Year Government Enterprise, This is just what we extract from you peasant serfs to pay our Salaries and Benefits. We won’t go in to the Billions of Dollars we make in Profit on the Side through Civil Asset Forfeiture and Bribes, nor will we discuss the Police State we have created as a result or how we have effectively voided most of the protections in the US Constitution in the name of the War on Drugs to keep you peasant serfs Safe.. There are Millions of Government Employee Union Members involved in this Enterprise. We know that 80-90% of ALL Drugs come across our southern border with Mexico.
You Can NOT have a War on Drugs without Drugs, and there is NO WAY IN HELL we are going to just FIRE 2 out of 3 Government Employee Union members across this country that are currently employed as a result of this War on Drugs.
