If you took my statement to mean that Russia was a “good guy” in any way then you have misread my meaning. I was not identifying good guys I was speaking to Russia’s motivation to lead the choice of an Assad replacement.
Agreed. Russia doesn’t want to lose what it has gained in the ME but we can’t trust Russia two inches. They are too thick with Iran who is the real dirty party in the mix. Trump’s message was really meant for Iran as much as Russia. ....as well as for NK. Russia has been warned. They had better choose wisely.
