The only people who need the records to FIX the dam are the people hired to FIX the dam.

Trump authorized $100 million in emergency Federal funds for the Oroville mess. He should have made it contingent on open access to all the records. I’m sure these records legally are covered by open records laws anyway, Brown is just being a tyrant.
