He don't have to separate them.
He can send them BOTH back to the country that the mother is a citizen of.
There's no requirement for the baby to stay in this country.

I agree about sending both back.

Even if the kid was born here, he or she is still under age, and in their parents care, so goes back with them.

If the kid wasn’t born here, and was brought here by the patents, same thing applies; both Bo back.

Exactly! And one interview during the primaries, a reporter asked him why he was separating families. He calmly said that he wasn’t, they could all go back together. The reporter was so shocked he just went onto the next question. He and I had no clue how to handle common sense.

What kind of horrible parent would leave their child behind? If that’s what we’re importing, we definitely don’t need them.
