me too!
part of my heart is still with them
Spunky,
What would sub for the whey, if someone can’t have milk/milk products?
Nikk, hoosiermama,
Thanks for the info!
Ms.B
I will try the SmartWater; now that you mention it, the name’s familiar.
Jane,
Thanks for this one; I will look for NutriBullet also.
Oh! Such a cutie. Thanks!
It is hard to believe that this is being allowed in the United States. I am thankful so far Washington State hasn't allowed it. It surprises me that Idaho is NOT on the list of sixteen that has passed laws against Sharia.
Hope someone snaps a few pictures.
You can bet the lefties did NOT clean up after themselves. The American taxpayers paid someone to rid the rubbish.
I just Googled and found Collagen is one. Rice Powder is another. You may just want to eliminate the protein powder all together. Maybe add more banana to thicken the slushie.
A bit of OJ would work too
Make it a smoothie
Thank you for the link. I will take a look at it! Being 55, I’m sure I’m losing lots of things Well I mean other than the things in my house that I have miss placed :-)
just remember that NONE of these products are to be taken every single day.
If you are an athlete or get really over heated, then drink them.
I have a problem with milk products too, so I lean toward the smart water. It is also terrific if you have been ill with a stomach bug and have a touchy tummy.
Sugary drinks will make diarrhea WORSE, so avoid them.
Just as an aside, I have been a Medical Technician for 30 years so I know what I am talking about!
(most times!)

I agree; I was looking for something to drink when working outside/mowing the lawn/etc so I don’t get dehydrated .
Toe/foot/leg cramps are from dehydration/electrolytes out of whack, correct?
