Of course the footage of the murder is legitimate. The Cleveland police department confirmed the victim was murdered and that they are looking for the guy. Facebook confirmed the video was uploaded from Steve Stephens’ account, but that it was an actually live video stream.

Any confirmation of that footage? I’ve since heard that was photoshopped. Don't think it's fake. The dead man's family was interviewed in an article that's up on Daily Mail.
