Vitamin D up to 50,000IU is used for heart patients for a week. Otherwise you can take up to 10,000IU everyday for more energy. A doctor told me I should take 2,000IU and it made a difference real quick. I then started taking more after reading up on it.

I don’t know what kind of heart problem you have but I take Serrapeptase for mine. I have Prinzmetal Angina. As long as I take my 2 tabs every night I have no pain.
