Apparently you didn’t get the memo.
Wether or not they actually produce $15 bucks worth it not is immaterial. You HAVE to be able to raise a family on minimum wage or...or...well, it’s not FAIR!
This goes beyond “fairness”; I think it is a waste of time and money, but I know they are desperately trying to chip away at this massive bloc of people who have no concept of waking up each morning and doing something productive.
Offering $50 per hour for makework won’t fix this; it is a cultural problem.
