They serve as fodder for the “poverty industrial complex”, employing countless teachers, cops, social workers, and corrections officers - while breeding more fodder into the same mess.
The “digital divide” is a convenient scapegoat, but I’ve seen too many ghetto folk with electronic gadgets worth more than the beat-up old car I drive to work to believe this. If they can’t even speak English, the gadgets can only be used to set up flash-robs and take gangsta selfies.
Fodder…you’re right, but they were not born to be fodder. A tiny black baby has a right to live as good a life as it can. The system turns them into fodder, God didn’t.
