I was very strongly supportive of Pompeo when I saw him cross examine HRC. That was probably because I enjoyed his aggressive but very to-the-point stance. Let’s just say I am a bit less so, now, after these comments.

So the first thing out of the FBI’s mouth was that they (like the DNC) were hacked by the Russians. They’re on record saying that the Russians tried to hack the RNC and couldn’t get through.
All righty then.
But wait, all 17 “intelligence” agencies stated with high confidence that the Russians hacked the elections.
And the “hacking” of the DNC was the only “hacking” on record outside of our own government hacking state election bureaus.
So now they are admitting that they were full of crap?
So, they now agree with Julian Assange, after what, 9 months and how many millions of wasted dollars?......................
So, I take it that the Russians did not do the hacking but it was a inside job?

GP is loose with facts. They offer no evidence an insider was blamed for the DNC etc supposed Russia-Trump or Wikileaks leaks. He is conflating the CIA tools exposure with the DNC emails.
I surmise (it’s obvious) these guys work for and serve their deep state overlords and yes, their task is to secure the deep state’s power in DC. Whom ever is leaking the info is/are more patriotic than these slime bags.

Wait a minute, the Russians hacking the DNC and giving the info to Wiki was the entire basis of the Russia - Trump collaboration charge and Russian interference with the election charge. That’s what the FBI and 16 intell services said. So if what they are saying now is true, why are the investigations continuing?
I think the content is important. Lets talk about who did it instead of what bad things the government was doing?

Please note that this article is not about the DNC leaks, but the leaks of CIA capabilities to hack electronics.
No concern about their sophisticated hacking tools being used by their own to possibly perform domestic espionage or worse, only “who told mom?”.
Will they now let Trump repair our relationship with each other before we start throwing nukes across the Arctic?

WikiLeaks has credibility because a large swath of the public perceives the CIA to be a threat to freedom and democracy in the USA. If Pompeo figures that out and cleans his own house, he can change the perception.
