Merely a silent self identification technique that God himself has burdened the younger generation with to let all us old fogeys know, without a doubt, that the wearer is an idiot, is painfully oblivious of that fact, and will wantonly and with malice of forethought, loudly spew their idiocy to all in their vicinity.
