NY Times: The Snowflakes Are Right About Limiting Free Speech
Truth Revolt ^ | 4.25.2017 | Mark Tapson

Posted on 04/25/2017 8:05:57 AM PDT by detective

The New York Times published an op-ed Monday by New York University comparative literature professor Ulrich Baer, who argued that those young protesters derided as campus "snowflakes" who violently oppose speakers who offend leftist sensibilities are actually getting it right about free speech. Indeed, Baer concludes, "We should thank the student protestors, the activists in Black Lives Matter and other 'overly sensitive' souls for keeping watch over the soul of our republic."

No we shouldn't. We must be vigilant against those totalitarian students, activists, and snowflakes in defense of our republic's soul.

"If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter." ~ George Washington

From their worshipful praise of Stalin's mass murder in Soviet Union in the 1930's to their support of violent thugs today the NYT have always been the enemies of personal freedom and the enemies of America.

The Stalinists at the NYT can not wait to see the mass slaughter of Americans.

The eliminating of the Constitution has long been the objective of liberals. That's the only way they can erase our rights and enslave the masses. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion and rights to own guns are contrary to liberalism.

The former Soviet Union considered the USA to be the primary/only obstacle to global communism. The USSR dedicated itself to our destruction, and it has not changed. Now, liberals/democRATs carry on the struggle.

It is entirely possible that institutions depriving conservatives of their civil rights (and those harboring academics making death threats), may have committed federal offenses, including, but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to funding documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government regarding federal funding),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate conservative students’ 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a federally funded enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

These activists are equal to the brown shirts. They eventually will kill to get their way and most police department are told to stand down by communists leaders. This is evident in California with Moombeam Brown and many of their cities. Communism is in full attack in America. Time for the minute men to reactivate.

They need a new name.
Snowflakes are pretty and fluffy and float around.
These people are anything but.

We need a “New Name” contest for them.

It’s important.

The Left is afraid of free speech because it is afraid of the honest examination of its ideology (sounds like islam, doesn't it?).

And the Left is rational to feel this way because its ideology will die once exposed to the truth.

To the Left, free speech and truth are existential threats. Every time those on the Left condemn free speech, they are admitting as much.

They may not realize this consciously, but they do at some level.

The democrats are playing the same game used by Hitler. They attack all those who decent their world view. Hitler attacked the Communists at every forum. As Sinclair Lewis said, “When Fascism comes to America, it will be called anti-Fascism!”

If you can not defend your ideas you must suppress those arguing against you to win. No thank you democrats.

Free speech is our right....no matter what the idea is. Defeat it with speech if it is an idea that is wrong or evil do not banish the freedom.....ever! That is what communist, dictator and fascist need to do to stay in power.

So let’s see.

The NYT says:

-Pornography is “free speech”
-But Ann Coulter talking about American ideals is “hate speech”

Got it. Thanks Carlos Slim! We always love hearing your little mouthpiece organ babble BS you paid them to say. Fun screwing with the gringos, huh?
