All the images I found of the sub- USS Michigan, in port at Busan, had the equipment you speak of, but the views didn't do justice to what one was seeing, or the images opened up to large to post. That being said, here's a good view of the spec-ops "transportation" atop the USS Michigan, taken somewhere other than in the port of Busan. Note: the sub is 560' in length, with a crew of 165.
