Well, the RATpress don't really need any facts to make up headlines anyway. Besides, even without attribution, the bomb builders would know the importance of their own work.

If i had some input i would buy as many old commercial aircraft i could buy, worn out 737,MD80 etc. Put a fleet name on them. Stuff every one of them with explosives,ANFO, Fuel air cannister, napalm and shrapnel.Even a tactical low yield nuke.
Have them remote operated, very simple to do nowadays.
They all broadcast a registered squak number and fly the nearby routes but suddenly in a swarm they cross the border for targets.
