I’m quite happy with Windows 7 and have no desire to change. As long as things work, I’m stickin’ with it.
Sounds like a cool program you used to do all your musical stuff.
Got my early morning shopping done and as a Bonus, son came by and we're hanging out now.
Cool! And before you know it, your nephew will be on stage playing bass with his dad, rockin’ the house!
Good evening, radu....did you make it ok thru the stormy weather?
Do you have kitties yet?
Good for you!
Mine wasn’t quite as successful. Went to visit Aunt Clara since I didn’t go yesterday. Thought we were going to be clobbered by bad storms and that didn’t happen.
No, I didn’t get Shags to the vet today. He has an appointment tomorrow afternoon though.
Now watch the stinker not show up tonight. LOL!
I had a little piano keyboard hooked up to the computer, and when i played my songs, it would produce the notation, with all my rhythmic nuances. Sometimes, though, my jazzy, syncopated way of playing would become so complex when translated into notes, that I would have to go back into the program with the mouse, and point and click to clean it up. I published a book of Blues exercises that was on Amazon for a while (out of print now) using that cheesy little program! The fancier ones, like Finale and Sibelius, did not suit my needs at all.
I also had a CuBase program for mastering my 16 Track Digital recordings. I had to dismantle and rebuild my studio three times before I finally “went out of business” to come home and take care of Mom. I couldn’t sell my equipment because everybody was using tablets to record, so I just gave it all away so I could move fast.
Drove to Boston from Florida with my Motorcycle in tow, my computers, my Dog, and my Guitar.
And here I am.
We got through the stormy weather fine. The storms fizzled out before they got here and we just got a little rain. Others in TN weren't so lucky though.
No babies YET! Poor Pixie is about to pop so she'd better hurry and deliver.
Well, that could be a mixed blessing of sorts. Though I think he really loves being there. :)
He’s 8 now, and has a 3/4 size Fender Squire Stratocaster.
Mine?
Sometimes the simpler programs are the better ones. Sounds like that was your case and you did just fine going the simpler route.
Too bad you had to give the stuff away. People want to go with the new stuff and only a few want to stick with the tried-and-true. Would have been nice if you could have found someone like that to sell your equipment to.
He’ll probably show up. It’s still a little early. We don’t know where he goes during the day but he shows up sometime after 10 each night, ready to eat. His coat is slowly starting to look and feel better now that he’s eating well each night. He’s still pretty thin though.
He’ll stay in the bathroom overnight so he’s here when it’s time to go to the vet tomorrow.
W👀 H👀 !
WOOHOO! Snagged that #50 ya did, PRO!
Oh well...water under the bridge.
Vintage INSTRUMENTS are like Gold. An old les Paul can got for 5 figures.
“Vintage” recording Equipment, though, is passe’ and has no intrinsic value. The value is what you produce on it!
Has he been inside before? He might yowl all night if he’s used to being outside, right? Earplugs! :)
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...nice walking weather yet?
Gonna try pub night?
True dat.
Electronics become passé quickly but a good vintage instrument gets more valuable with time.
He’s wanted to come inside since he’s been here. Ss to whether he’ll like being cooped up in the bathroom, we’ll see. It’s at the opposite end of the house from the bedrooms so we’re good if he yeowls. LOL
