Normally I have a lot of respect for law enforcement but the corruption is so thick in Chicago...makes one want to root for Trump to send in the Feds.

I’m going to guess a Hispanic gang (maybe MS-13) is involved. Back of the Yards is a heavily Hispanic neighborhood, about 65 percent, with a huge gang problem.
