Reported at 10 pm Chicago time. Shooting happened at 43rd and Ashland and is known as Back of the Yards neighborhood. Not a good neighborhood. Mayor Rahmbo at seen of the crime.
When I moved to Maryland, Anthony guglielme was Baltimore PD Spokesman. Of course he was on tv frequently and seemed to be the most competent member of the city government, so of course, they got rid of him. Chicago’s gain.

Normally I have a lot of respect for law enforcement but the corruption is so thick in Chicago...makes one want to root for Trump to send in the Feds.
I’m going to guess a Hispanic gang (maybe MS-13) is involved. Back of the Yards is a heavily Hispanic neighborhood, about 65 percent, with a huge gang problem.
