I’m such an elections geek that, when I read that, I thought that by “panhandlers” you meant residents of the Florida Panhandle (and had used a lower-case P by mistake). I was thinking “surely the Hispanic population in the Panhandle must be higher than 5%.” Then I read the rest of the thread and realized that by “panhandlers” you meant, umm, people who panhandle. What’s the emoticon for embarrassment? : \
