OMG! Melted wax. What a mess to have in her tail! Yes, terribly expensive. We saw the worst example yesterday. A little dump: 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 650 sq ft, wire fenced yard, $2,400. month! I know the area like the back of my hand. I know every street. That little dump was built in 1930. No improvements have been made. It's a shack. A bungalow. I would NOT pay the owner $600. a month. It's that bad.
