How did they miss internal bleeding?? how did SHE not realize there was still something wrong after almost 2 weeks?

My guess is a ruptured spleen. She went home that night, lay down on the sofa and never woke up. They found the body two weeks later.
I am thinking she was long dead by the time she was found. Likely bled out and went unconscious within a day or two of returning from hosp.
They have socialized medicine. Their newspapers are full of stories of adults, children and babies who did not receive adequate treatment and died as a result of indifference, poor skills or outright neglect.
