"In Wisconsin, we experienced more than 600 gun deaths in 2015 alone, and nearly 70% of those gun deaths were gun suicides like my mom. Southeastern Wisconsin, particularly Milwaukee, has experienced a deadly amount of gun violence that claimed the lives of 250 people from 2015 to 2016, according to the Journal Sentinel. These arent just statistics, these numbers represent the pain that nearly 600 families have endured, families that now join the loneliest club. When you see these numbers and then you meet the families behind the statistics, you understand that the deadly epidemic of gun violence is more than the black-and-white figures on a piece of paper."

Concealed carry bill would make Wisconsin a more dangerous place ......... for CRIMINALS, AKA Democrat voters.................
So mommy would still BE ALIVE were it not for that nasty gun that jumped up and shot her TO DEATH.

So if there were no guns your mother would not have committed suicide?
Imbecile.
If someone wants to commit suicide, there are a lot of way to do that besides guns. I guess we must ban knives, razor blades, ropes, bridges, tall buildings, all pain killers, etc etc etc.
The reason she was so depressed was that she gave birth to an idiot son.
Tell that to the white, middle class families at the last few WI state fairs getting their asses kicked by 10-15 “youts” while their wives and children huddled in the fetal position.
Assisted suicide: Fabulous!
Unassisted suicide: Bad!
YES
It's what the Democrats do not want!
... for criminals and terrorists.
What a surprise!/sarc
more lies meant explicitly for the low info voters (democrats)
Why on earth would concealment change suicide. The reality is that a state which has a rack of guns in most of the homes, has comparatively few gun deaths. Boating accidents out number hunting accidents ten to one. Murders are very low in Wisconsin. And yes suicide might be more likely from a gun than from a drug overdose. But suicides are not more common in Wisconsin.
We are a state that likes to walk out on an iced over lake to fish. In fact, we drive on the iced over lake, build a fire, drill a hole in the ice and start drinking. Don’t tell us about safety, you can’t handle life in Wisconsin.
You have the Anti-BS skills of a Jedi.
1/4th of states have unrestricted handgun possession & carry.
Most of them made the change recently.
There wasn’t a problem.

Best reply ever to a gun “safety” story like this one!
Of course, there is no data from any state which has made “shall issue” CCW the legal ground that supports his contention...but why let dirty old facts kill his beautiful theory.
When Canada restricted firearms, their gun suicide rate went down (of course). Their overall suicide rate went up. Taking the preferred tool does not solve the problem, just shifts it. People who want to commit gun suicide want a method that works. They don’t shift from guns to slitting their wrists; they shift to crashing at 100 mph or jumping off a tall building.
Suicide is a mental illness problem. If they can’t get a gun they’ll take pills, cut their wrists, jump off of something or into something, drive into a bridge abutment, turn on the gas and go to bed, and about a hundred other possibilities.
His mom went nuts, so nobody should have a gun. My sympathy for his poor mom, none for him.
