Good that Cruz showed. Graham, in his opening statement, said that he believed that the Russians interfered in the election. The opening democrat had a white board with evidence of election interference listed. If the evidence proved true, a check mark was put by Yes. I left after the first Yes was checked.

The Constitutional arguments put forth by Yates have no legal basis, as the order applied to non-citizens who were physically located outside the US, and that ALL people from those countries would be banned from admittance, not predetermined due to their being a Muslim or not.
